Even though 64 ounces is the recommended amount, you can calculate how much water you need to drink daily for your specific needs by dividing your total body weight (lbs.)
 by TWO. Whatever that weight is, drink the same amount of OUNCES of water. Easy!

A few tips on how you can stick to your water challenge: 

 1. Try to buy reusable water bottles with measurements on the side, so you can keep track of how much that you drink. 
 2. Get a friend or family member to take this challenge with you, so that you each can encourage one other. It's good to have support.
 3. Plan your day's water intake out and space it. Set a timer to remind you when it's time to drink your water. 

** I personally use disposable bottled water, as well. To make sure that I stay on track, I set my bottles out each morning, so that I'll remember to drink them!
