Healthy, Fast and Easy Breakfast-No Cooking!!











  • 1 Gala apple sliced
  • 2 Cheddar rice cakes
  • 1 Avocado


Cut the apple into slices, and put it on the side of the plate
Cut the avocado down the middle, and squeeze out each
half onto each half of the cheddar rice cakes



Delicious!!!!

Pumpkin Spice Latte

 










Pumpkin Spice Latte


1 tbsp Instant Coffee
1 cup of milk
3 tbsp of pumpkin puree
3 tbsp of maple syrup
1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 tbsp of whipped cream

In a pot, combine milk, pumpkin puree,
maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla.
Stir over low heat until well combined
and heated.

Pour into a mug, add coffee, and top with whipped
cream and a dash of pumpkin spice.

Healthy Ideas with an Immune Boosting Recipe!













 1. Drink 72 ounces of water daily(add lemon with sea salt to the first glass in the morning)!

 2. Drink at least 1 cup of green tea daily!

 3. Rinse with cool water after your shower! Also, rinse your hair with cool water!

 4. Get at least 10 minutes of sunshine daily!

 5. Walk at least 20 minutes a day, and outside in nature at least 2 times a week!

 6. Get at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep at night!

 7. Wash your hands and avoid touching your face!

 8. Eat at least 2 cups of veggies and 2 cups of fruit a day!

 9. Take a multivitamin and a probiotic daily!

 10. Cut back on sugar and processed foods!

 11. Manage stress with prayer, nature walk, meditation, and breathing techniques!

 12. Have a healthy immune-boosting smoothie!


Ingredients:

1 cup of mixed berries
1 cup of spinach
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1/2 banana
1 tsp of flaxseed
1 tsp of chia seeds
1/4 tsp of ginger
1 cup of coconut water or almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Mix in a blender and enjoy!
