1. Drink 72 ounces of water daily(add lemon with sea salt to the first glass in the morning)!
2. Drink at least 1 cup of green tea daily!

Ingredients:
1 cup of mixed berries
1 cup of spinach
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1/2 banana
1 tsp of flaxseed
1 tsp of chia seeds
1/4 tsp of ginger
1 cup of coconut water or almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
