Get your protein here
(I use the Blueberry Cheesecake Meal Replacement Shake)
1 cup of unsweet almond milk
1 cup of mixed berries (frozen)
1 cup of mixed greens (fresh)
1 scoop of collagen
(I use health revolution grassfed collagen peptides)
1 scoop of green powder
(I use naturelo raw green powder)

Combine all ingredients in a blender,
drink and enjoy!

You get healthy protein, healthy carbs, and low fat!
