Have you ever examined your life, really examined?

Have you ever examined your life,
really examined?

You can't fix what you don't acknowledge, and you can't
heal what you don't
reveal.

We all have our problems, but as an adult, it is our
responsibility to seek help. And that help my friend
Is Jesus Christ! Have you accepted him as your
personal savior?

I am in no means, saying what you have been through, is
ok! Sometimes life can be unfair. Sometimes we are dealt a
bad hand, but we can take those broken pieces and make
something beautiful.

Your story, might save someone else's life. Maybe, what you
have been through, was a way of building your character.
You do have a choice, take what you have been given and
turn it into a master-piece and live a life of peace and joy
through Jesus Christ, or play the victim card, and be a
negative Nancy, and woe as me type, and remain miserable.
The choice is yours. God gives us a choice, he loves us so
much, that he let's us have free-will.

We can remain broken or we can take it upon ourselves and
build a beautiful life. Roman 10:9 If you declare with your
mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God
raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Now you may be saying, I'm perfectly fine, then great, I am
happy for you! But are you really? The Bible says to examine
ourselves, to see if we truly are. 2 Corinthians 13:5
Examine yourselves to see whether you are in
the faith; test
yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—
u
nless, of course, you fail the test?

We all have that same enemy after us(Satan). And the enemy
loves to come in and destroy
our lives. James 10:10 The
thief
comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come
that they may have life, and
have it to the full.

Who do you choose my friend? Do you choose the enemy or
God, who loves you more, than anyone!

Time to stop blaming others -"Ouch"- You might be saying
but....you have no idea what I have been through.....You
have no idea what they have done to me....or what they said.
Trust me I understand. But there comes a time in your life,
when you got to stand up and take responsibility and say...
Enough is enough. You can't change them or the circumstance,
but the good news is:
You can change YOU! Matthew 6:14
For if you forgive other people when they sin against you,
your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

One of the hardest things to do is forgive the one who
wronged you.
Forgiveness is for YOU, so that you can release
and
let go. People confuse forgiveness with trust. You can
forgive and move on, but if they have broken your trust, then
trust is up to them, trust is earned not given. You can forgive
someone and set healthy boundaries, or choose to never see
them again. That is up to you.

What does the bible say about boundaries? 1 John 2:15-16
Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves
the world, love
for the Father is not in them. For everything in
the world—the lust of the flesh, the
lust of the eyes, and the
pride of
life—comes not from the Father but from the world.

Whatever your issue is, you can't be around
other people who are like that, for if you do, you will slip back
into, what you are working your way out of, make sense?

1 Corinthians 15:33 Do not be misled:
“Bad company corrupts good character.”

Now, you are sitting there thinking, now wait a minute, what
am I suppose to do, stay away from everyone? No, that's
impossible, but you can, limit your exposure and set healthy
boundaries or choose to opt them out of your life, so you can
live in peace and harmony. You don't have to have anyone in
your life that you don't want to, but, we are suppose to love
and forgive. Give it to God, let him take care of it. God can
take care of things, way better than you ever could!
Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray
for those who persecute you.

We need to hangout with people who lift us up, such as
others Christians, so we can help each other stay on the
correct path.

You do have a choice, it's in no way, shape or form easy.
But through Jesus Christ you can! Philippians 4:13 I can do
all
things through Christ who strengthens me.

Steps to Take!

Acknowledge
Reveal and Heal
Pray and Repent
Love and Forgive
Set Boundaries
Build a relationship with God
Search for Truth in the Word
Let Go and Give it to God
Know the Word is the Truth
Stay in the Word
Continuously Pray

"Promises of God"

2 Peter 1:4 And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Matthew 11:28-2 Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Isaiah 40:29-31 He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.

Even youths will become weak and tired,
and young men will fall in exhaustion.
But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength.
They will soar high on wings like eagles.
They will run and not grow weary.
They will walk and not faint.

Philippians 4:1 And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:37-39 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Proverbs 1:33 But all who listen to me will live in peace,

untroubled by fear of harm.

John 14:27 I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.

Romans 10:9 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.

What does the Bible say about "Trust, Worry, Kindness, and Being Positive?"

What does the Bible say about "Trust"

own  understanding."

**We put our trust in the Lord, he is trustworthy, faithful and true
he knows what is best for us.

What does the Bible say about "Worry"

Philippians 4: 6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by
prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your
hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

**God's word is clear we are not to worry, instead we are to
pray, request, praise him, thank him, and trust him.

What does the Bible say about "Kindness"

Ephesians 4:32 "Be kind to one another, forgiving one another, as God in
Christ forgave you."

**We are to be kind, forgive, just as God Has forgiven us.

What does the Bible say about being "Positive"

Philippians 4:8 "Finally Brothers and Sisters, whatever is true,
whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is
lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-
think on these things. Whatever you have learned or received, or heard
from me or seen in me, put it into practice. And the god of peace be with
you.

**God is saying think on these things, renew your mind, think only the
things above(positive).

So my friend Trust, Worry-Less, Be Kind and Be Positive. These are the
words of God and God's word is True.

Happy Birthday, Jesus!

Happy Birthday Jesus!

Christmas is a time of peace, love, joy, giving,
and
togetherness!

The real reason for Christmas is Jesus!
Jesus is the reason for the season!

Below are some scriptures from the NKJV...
Hope you enjoy!

Merry Christmas and God Bless!

LUKE 2:1-21:

"And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. This census first took place while Quirinius was governing Syria. So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city.

Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child.

So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night.

And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. Then the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.

For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.'

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying 'Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!'

So it was, when the angels had gone away from them into heaven, that the shepherds said to one another, 'Let us now go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has come to pass, which the Lord has made known to us.'

And they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the Babe lying in a manger. Now when they had seen Him, they made widely known the saying which was told them concerning this Child.

And all those who heard it marveled at those things which were told them by the shepherds. But Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart.

Then the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told them.

And when eight days were completed for the circumcision of the Child, His name was called Jesus, the name given by the angel before He was conceived in the womb."

What Does The Bible Say About Darkness? What About Halloween?

What does the Bible Say:

No matter what we go through in life experiencing the darkness, always makes you appreciate the light.

Whether you are facing demons, making a terrifying life decision, or something exciting, and scary. With that being said, there is nothing that can teach us better than the Bible, when it comes to the darkness, evil and even things of demonic nature.

The Bible teaches us about good and evil, and
wisdom about darkness, deception and fear.

So Halloween? Hmmmm....
The answer is pretty clear, read below!

Here are some related scriptures:

1. 1 Corinthians 10:21 "You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons."

2. Ephesians 5:11
"Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them."

3. Ephesians 4:27
"And give no opportunity to the devil."

4. 1 Peter 5:8
"Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour."

5. Isaiah 5:20
"Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!"

6. 1 Thessalonians 5:21-22
"But test everything; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil."

7.Romans 13:12
"The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light."

8. James 4:7
"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

9. Ephesians 5:15-16
"Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil."

10. Titus 1:15
"To the pure, all things are pure, but to the defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; but both their minds and their consciences are defiled."

11. John 3:19-20
"And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed."

12. Luke 10:19-20
"Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven."

30-Day Water Challenge: Join In To Improve Your Health In Amazing Ways!

The 30-Day Water Challenge and its Benefits!!

Water
is necessary for your overall well-being. Every single cell, tissue, organ, and body part needs water to keep them in good working condition, and to help regulate your body's temperature.

Hydration is essential for your health. You simply must have adequate water each day.

The water challenge is simple:

You agree and pledge to drink the recommended daily intake of water, which is 64 ounces daily, for 30 days straight.

You'll feel amazed at how great you will feel, by just having fresh water running through your body! If you can do this for 30 days, then you can always continue doing so for your overall health in the long term.

Even though 64 ounces is the recommended amount, you can calculate how much water you need to drink daily for your specific needs by dividing your total body weight (lbs.)
by TWO. Whatever that weight is, drink the same amount of OUNCES of water. Easy!

A few tips on how you can stick to your water challenge:

 1. Try to buy reusable water bottles with measurements on the side, so you can keep track of how much that you drink.
 2. Get a friend or family member to take this challenge with you, so that you each can encourage one other. It's good to have support.
 3. Plan your day's water intake out and space it. Set a timer to remind you when it's time to drink your water.

** I personally use disposable bottled water, as well. To make sure that I stay on track, I set my bottles out each morning, so that I'll remember to drink them!

The Amazing Benefits:

• Better digestion
• Improve blood circulation
