Living In Perilous Times

Wow! Just when you think 2020 can't get any worse, here comes more bad news...

First it started with the coronavirus. The media put so much fear in people that it caused a big separation among the people!

We The People need to use our common sense and stay home if we are sick. And when we go out, use precautions and wash our hands! Stuff we have known our whole lives!

Now we have protesting, rioting, and looting. People hurting people just because they are different. The devil has come to kill, steal, and destroy. Wake up, people! Look around at what is happening (more and more separation)!

We have got to stand up for our rights and for Jesus Christ! He loves each and everyone of us equally, more than any of us deserve! He will forgive our sins; all we have to do is repent.

In John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son; that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

The Bible also says in Matthew 10:33, "But whosoever shall deny Me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven."

We need to get prepared and protect our families! We need to spread the word to as many people as we can! The Lord is coming back soon; you do not want to be left behind! If you think its bad now, it's nothing compared to what's coming!

God knows I have a big heart, my biggest and worst asset! I love way more than most, I would literally lay down my life for the ones that I love, including Jesus Christ! God told me to take my big heart and spread His word; and when the good Lord speaks, I listen!

Make Your Own Alkaline Water

I call it balancing out your body!

It is amazing how this can improve a lot of your body functions! It has helped me tremendously!!

Alkaline Water-has a higher pH level than regular drinking water. It is believed that it can neutralize the acid in your body.

Alkaline water can balance the body's acidity to help reach a healthy pH level. The typical number is 7.4, which is measured on a scale of 0 to 14. Any number below 7 is considered acidic, and anything above is considered alkaline; 7 is considered neutral.

Our bodies are excellent at controlling our pH levels without any help, if you eat a healthy diet. Processed foods and foods high in animal proteins are more likely to increase acidity levels and throw off your digestive system; throwing off your balance. A good pH balance can heal the body and mind.

The digestive system is impacted with excess acid, which can cause: acid reflux, indigestion, bloating, and other ailments. Alkaline water is one way to help manage that balance and lower  acidity in the body, especially for those suffering from gastric acid conditions.

When your body is overloaded with acidity, the respiratory and immune systems also suffer, so keeping a pH balance helps reduce the spread of germs, and helps transfer fresh oxygen to the cells.

A lot of acidity can weaken the nervous system, skeletal system and muscular system. Alkaline water can help in strengthening those body systems by keeping them in good working condition. Your complexion will also benefit. Alkaline water can help break down acidic inflammation that lead to skin conditions, such as rashes, sores, and breakouts.

 

You can make your own with natural ingredients:

*Clean filtered water

*Organic lemon

*Pink Himalayan salt

When these are combined, the water is more alkaline and raises the pH level.

To make a gallon (128 ounces), you need a clean gallon jug or container...

Mix in 128 ounces of clean filtered water.
Add 2 organic lemons — washed, cleaned, and cut into eighths.
Then add 2 tsp of pink Himalayan salt.

Cover and let mixture sit for 12 hours at room temperature.

Pour in glass and enjoy!

***If you have high blood pressure, I would decrease the amount of Himalayan salt to 1 tsp, 1/2 tsp, or even none. But if you only consume 1 serving a day, you should be OK, but always consult with your doctor first.

When you are first starting with alkaline water, start out with 4 ounces, then increase to 6, then 8 ounces, once a day. Introduce it to your body gradually. Once your body is used to those amounts,  I would suggest 8 to 24 ounces a day (I do 24 ounces). I do this every morning!

I swear by this, but I also try and eat healthy plus exercise and walk, and I also drink a sufficient amount of water.

Dating As A Christian

 

This one is for all the people out there looking for the right person to date as a Christian!

First of all, PRAY for a partner who has a relationship with God... who has Godly qualities such as (kindness, patience, humility)!

When you are serving God, you should date with the intention of getting married. Only date if you see them as a potential life long partner, evaluate to see if they would be a good fit for you. Be the person you want to marry. Get to know each other. Compare: values, morals, interests, goals, methods of worship — to see if you are compatible.

Save yourself for marriage (even if you have been in other relationships before). Set boundaries; be honorable and respectful. Decide what is allowed and what is not!

The Bible describes pure love. In 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, it describes how you should treat your partner: 

"LOVE IS PATIENT, LOVE IS KIND, IT DOES NOT ENVY, IT DOES NOT BOAST, IT IS NOT PROUD. IT DOES NOT DISHONOR OTHERS, IT IS NOT SELF-SEEKING, IT IS NOT EASILY ANGERED, IT KEEPS NO RECORDS OF WRONGS. LOVE DOES NOT DELIGHT IN EVIL BUT REJOICES WITH THE TRUTH. IT ALWAYS PROTECTS, ALWAYS TRUSTS, ALWAYS HOPES, ALWAYS PERSEVERES, LOVE NEVER FAILS."

There are gonna be times, when things are difficult, rely on God! There could be arguments. You might not see eye to eye, there could be grief, ups and downs. But no matter what: DO NOT TURN AGAINST EACH OTHER, TRUST IN GOD! If you can work on these things now, it will pave a way for your future. Getting through the easy times is easy. But when you get through the hard times, and even grow closer, that proves you can have a future together. Pray and trust in God to help you both find a solution.

Avoid situations that could tempt you to sin! When you have a Christ-centered relationship, you should avoid people, places, and situations where you could be tempted to do something or even say something you shouldn't; that would displease God and your partner. Don't do anything or say anything behind your partners back that you wouldn't want them doing to you. This is displeasing to God, and disproves your loyalty. Remember: WHAT IS DONE IN DARKNESS, ALWAYS COMES TO LIGHT!

Make time for each other and spend time together and do fun activities. You could go out to eat, go for a walk, a picnic, a movie, a date, worship together, pray together, there are numerous things you can do as a couple.

Spend time each day praying, reading scripture and listen for Gods calling on your life and encourage your partner to do the same. Attend worship activities together, study scriptures together, pray together, pray for each other, and support each other.

Remember this, write it down, hang it up, just remember!!

IF IT IS GODS WILL, GODS WILL, WILL BE DONE!

NOTHING COULD EVER COME BETWEEN THAT!

TRUST YOUR PARTNER, TRUST GOD AND PRAY!

The Ephesians Man

The Ephesians Man

(Ephesians 5:25-33)

Okay, Men. You can't expect God to give you a good woman if you are out chasing Jezebels! Godly men think with their heads...

Real men don't play games. They don't play with a woman's heart. They are the head! A real man will give up anything for his woman. God comes first; she comes second!

 

He will give up other women, social media, games, his pride, ego, etc, even his own life for her. Nothing will enter his house without going through him first. A real man realizes you are God's daughter and he respects that and waits. A real man will be faithful and loyal, he wont cheat, mistreat or abuse his woman.

He will love her, and she will never wonder about his love. He will leave his mom and dad and build a life with her, his helper. He is gentle and knows how to communicate with his woman. He wont be perfect, but he will strive to be. No such thing as a perfect person, but there is a such thing as a perfect match!

Verse 25-26: Husbands love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church and gave himself for it: That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word.

That is some powerful love right there, love your wife like Christ loved the church. Men should love their wife and protect her and willing to give up his own life for hers!

Verse 27: That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing: but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Men should be proud of their wife and be faithful and loyal, and treat her good.

Verses 28-30: So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh: bur nourisheth it and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church. For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

Men should love their wife and nourish and cherish as he does his own self. Just as Christ has done for us, the Church.

Verse 31: For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall become one flesh.

When a man and woman joins in holy matrimony, they become one flesh. Men should leave their family and make a family of their own, and love their family, and protect and provide for their family.

The Proverbs 31 Woman

To be a proverbs woman in the modern world:

• Is to be a virtuous woman with high moral standards.
• She is a good woman, she loves and respects her husband and she is faithful and loyal.
• She is good to him and talks good about him and treats him well all the days of her life.
• She is her husbands helpmate. She works hard for her family to provide for their needs and she takes care of her household (cooks, cleans, makes sure they have healthy food and clothes).
• She is also a very caring and giving woman, she gives to the poor and needy, and she helps her neighbors. She does what she can to help her husband and to provide for her family (such as a job, housewife, sell things, her own business).
• She is a woman of great strength, she takes care of herself and is there for her family day and night.
• She looks nice and dresses modestly and makes sure her family is clothed nicely as well. She is a very kind and caring woman, she has a great heart, and she is beautiful from the inside out.
• She raises her children in the ways they should go and they call her blessed and her husband is proud and praises her.
• She is a woman of honor, a woman of God, she does what she can to please Him.
• She is a very hard worker and is proud to help her husband and family.
• She is a woman that outshines the other women, because she lives for God, and she is a good, and holy virtuous woman!!
