Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
You knew it was coming, LOL!!
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of  honey
Put in a blender-blend 30 seconds.
