Popeye Banana PB Protein Shake

 

Popeye's Creamy Protein Shake!

          1 cup unsweetened almond milk
          1 scoop of  vanilla protein 
          1/2 banana
          1 tsp chia seeds 
          1 tsp of flax seeds 
          1 tsp of honey 
          Dash of cinnamon
          Hand full of spinach

If is is too thick for you, add 1/2 cup of water.

Put in blender, and blend for 30 seconds...
