Tropical Green Protein Shake
1 scoop of  protein
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 cup of kale

1/2 cup of tropical fruit

1 tsp of honey

1 tsp of chia seeds

1 tsp of flax seeds
Dash of cinnamon
Put in a blender and blend for 30 seconds...
